I also work with teams within organisations. This might range from facilitating a team away day, helping the Board of an organisation to develop a business plan, help an organisation engage and involve a range of stakeholders some of whom may be vulnerable or have special needs. Examples of specific projects I have led are as follows:

Team Days for a major national heritage site.

Strategy Away Weekend for the Board and Senior Executive Team of a major Housing Association (RSL)

A one day workshop for the National Campaigns, Policy and Fundraising team of a major national charity – day achieved an action plan and clear goals for individual senior managers.

A multi agency strategy day for Housing Associations and Local Authority Housing strategy officers.

Design and delivery of a development and change programme for three multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Teams.

Design and delivery of a large stakeholder event to launch an NHS Trust’s Patient and Public Involvement Strategy for people with mental health problems.

Design and delivery of a management development programme for  Head Teachers

Design and delivery of strategy workshop for a Senior Management  Team for People with Learning Difficulties together with a series of development workshops for the service’s middle managers.
